Hi jcastr02 ,
Based on the information you have provided, please follow the steps below to troubleshoot the problem:

  1. Check that the data source information matches the information in the underlying dataset.
  2. Are there any data sources available on any gateway within the organization.

You can try to uninstall On-Premise Data Gateway on the new server and then reinstall On-Premise Data Gateway on the new server. I recommend you to read the link below, it may help you with your issue:
