Cursor issue on Tooltip area

Hi guys! I need your help. On Power BI Service, I want to see a special tooltip area when I open the report and hover over the graph. However, in this area, the cursor I show with an arrow appears below. Why could it be, what should I do?

    Hi BirhanAYDS 

    I think your problem is that there will be a grey icon 

    Is it a report tooltip or tooltip in visual? 

    If you want to build a report tooltip you may refer to this blog: Create tooltips based on report pages in Power BI Desktop

    Does this kind of issue only appear in this report/visual?

    If this tooltip will works well in desktop, please clean the cache in browser, delete this report and republish this report again.

    And check the version of your desktop, if it is not the latest version, please update it: Download
