I don't understand how to solve this. I have already deleted unneded reports. Please help

your capacity has been throttled. you should wait till this smoothes or restart your capacity
This error indicates that the resources in your current Power BI service have exceeded the maximum limit for purchased capacity. These actions include behaviors such as multiple users opening a report at the same time, running a data refresh, and so on.
