Helper IICannot send support ticket
Hi,
I have Pro license and when trying to send support ticket from portal I get errror "Failed to submit". All required fields are filled and attached image size is only 162 kB. Any ideas how to contact support when cannot send support ticket? :)
They received the ticket despite the error so this is ok.
