Cannot Open Apps/Workspaces or reports

Hi,

As of 8.30am (UK) I am unable to access any Power BI Apps/Workspaces or reports.

Everything was fine until that point.

Now it is just hanging on the Fabric logo.

Have checked with others on the same tenant and the issue is present for them as well.

Is anyone else experiencing issues at the moment?

Jason

  • Hi,

We're also experiencing the same... also UK based.

    Cheers

Yes - same to us also.

Seems to be a Microsoft issue (which is not yet showing on the status page).

      **Update**

      Seems to be working now.

I noticed the page header changed when I did manage to get into a report and now is back to normal (for a published app).  So maybe they tried deploying a visual update that broke something, which they have now rolled back.

Same here (tenant -UK), couple of hours ago it was working fine.

The issue seems to be resolved for us at least. I wonder if this was caused by an upgrade rollout.

    Hi JasonBrooks ,

There may be more than one cause of this problem.
    1. For the officially provided service status, you can refer to the following website.

Microsoft Fabric Support and Status | Microsoft Fabric

    2. If you encounter the problem again, first make sure that the service statuses mentioned in the first point are displayed normally. Then check if the problem occurs only to yourself or to all users in your organization; then try to clear the browser cache and re-access the Power BI service.

    Best Regards,
