Automatic refresh for RedCap source

Hi,

I'd like to schedule an automatic refresh for a report : the data source is RedCap.

I'a using this method but its doesnt' work

The error message :

Failed to update data source credentials: Web.Contents failed to get content from 

I'm not used working with  RedCap source (we cannot use gateway like in the case of sql server source).

Can anyone help.
