Thanks, but we are not the same case, my error message says "Conditional Access policy requires a compliant device, and the device is not compliant" and I can manual refresh successfully. Seems like my device got checked during refresh and it was not compliant, is it by design?

It seems like this issue started happening in late July 2023 mid August. My reports were refreshing automatically for months. The automatic refresh failed for the first time in Aug 13, 2023. My device is is compliant in AD Azure. My company doesn't register internal equipment in Intune. Intune is only used for BYOD. My IT tema is having a hard time trying to resolve this issue. All the responses posted in this thread from MSFT are not related to this error code AADSTS53000. We need MSFT to provide more details and resolution to this issue.
