Auto Refresh Failure - invalid credentials

Hi All, 

 

I am new to PowerBI  and have hit a snag on using the auto refresh of my data set.

 

This is the error 

Last refresh failed: Tue Jun 25 2019 09:06:11 GMT+0100 (British Summer Time) 
Invalid connection credentials.

The admin has granted access so it shouldnt need any credentails.

 

Any ideas?

Thanks for your help, the issues was traced back to the FQDN in the SSL Certificate.

Hi,

 

It looks like that data source that you are using in analysis services. Can you please check if you are able to connect to the said data source from any desktop tool/ or any database engine?

From the error message it is clear that the credentials entered are not correct. It could be due to incorrect username / password combination entered by Admin.
