You can add yourself as Admin to any workspace in tennant from Admin Portal -> Workspace -> Access
Power BI Admin role is requied to do this, eighter you can get that or get help from your Power BI Tennat Admin.

Helper IIII cannot even access the workspace though since I originally was not assigned to it. Essentially, the Poser BI Tenant Admin left and I am picking up those pieces...
