Publish button disabled on dataflow

I cannot understand why the Publish button on my dataflow would be disabled?  I am a system admin in the environment where this dataflow is published and I have previously published this dataflow and...

Hi, the picture you send is quite blurry, could you upload a better one? Any other information related to this dataflow is also appreciated, so I can help you figure out why this is happening.
