Usage Statistics for Mobile Users

    Hi Nichita_J 

    Right now, Power BI doesn’t have a built-in way to tell apart users who are viewing reports through the Power BI mobile app vs. those using the Teams mobile app. Both are simply counted under the "Mobile Users" category, since the system mainly looks at the device type, not the specific app.

The "Mobile Users" category in Power BI usage statistics includes users accessing reports through the Power BI mobile app on iOS or Android. Additionally, if users open Power BI reports or apps via the Microsoft Teams mobile app, it is also likely counted as a mobile user, since the experience is within a mobile context.
