error android 4.4.2

All our dashboards on android mobiles are all errror after the latest update. Our mobile version is 4.4.

    Power BI for Android is currently supported on OS version 5.0 and up.

      But I have a team that uses Android 4.4. It was working and it happened recently

    it has already happened recently and when using Android 5.5.1 the problem does not appear
