Tooltips suddenly not displaying

I've got a report with lots of tooltips that have always worked in the past. For the last few weeks, they haven't been displaying in the Service, although everything works perfectly in Power BI Desktop. I tried switching from report page tooltips to standard tooltips, but that didn't make a difference. They still work on other reports, just not this one. Does anyone have any idea why?

    Since the tooltip works perfectly fine in report visual but it suddely disapear in service, so you need to trouble shoot the issue step by step

    First try:

    • Test in an InPrivate browser window.
    • Check whether all visuals are affected or only few, create new page in service and add some visual and test if tooltip visual is working there.
    • If not then republish the report.
    • Test a copy of the report with different name.
    • Check Microsoft Fabric/Power BI known issues.
    • Check for any cross filters effecting tool tip visuals.
    • Any particular visual is interacting with the visuals.
