Toggle between "Show Values As"

Hello,

I have a matrix with Sales Manager along the rows and Ship Methods along the columns. I use a Measure called "Unique Orders" populating the values.

 

I would like to be able to toggle between the "show values as" % of Row Total and the Original Value. 

 

I've seen solutions that use helper tables and other measures to filter, but I'm not sure if I can use a measure in a measure to toggle between the show values as, does anyone have a method for how to do this? Otherwise I'm left making a duplicate matrix that just shows the other display which I think is redudant.

    MSoranno you can create a conditional measure for example like this, I hope this is what you are asking for.

     

    Show Value As = 
IF ( SELECTEDVALUE ( Table[Option] ) = "Sum", 
SUM ( Table[Amount] ),
AVG ( Table[Amount] )
)

      Hi Parry2k,

      Unfortunately, this doesn't really provide enough details to help me, nor does it seem to address my issue. I'm trying to toggle between % of Row Total & the Original Value, not the average vs. sum.

        MSoranno  sum and avg was just an example calculation, on your selection you can write your own calculation. Let me know how else I can help.

    You might consider creating pbix file that will contain some sample data, upload the pbix to onedrive or dropbox and share the link to the file. Please do not forget to describe the expected results based on this sample data.
