Table Visual editable column

Hi Experts,

I'm working on a Dashboard right now where I have a table visual of data that is reviewed each week. There is maybe 15 columns with 100 rows to be reviewed. Before using Power Bi we used Excel to work each row and add a "note" in a comments column so we could say for example "working with vendor to correct". Just a note so we knew where we might be on that perticular row of data. 

Is there a way to have a column on my table visual where I can add text for a "note"? I cannot find a way to do this other than maybe adding a Power App but I just need my table visual to have a column at the end where I can add text to each row being reviewed.
