I think the feature you want is Power BI tooltip.
Tooltips are the easy and elegant way of demonstrating more contextual data and information in detail into points on a visual. When visualization is provided with the help of tooltips, the values and categories can be displayed using it.

Super Userznk3016 , I think you have to use the power app, in case you need to write back
