Matrix row sorting is from the outside in, from the higher level of the hierarchy to the lower.
Allow your users to "Personalize Visuals" so they can rearrange (and re-sort) the matrix row fields.

Advocate II'm sorry, but this is not what I need. I need to be able to sort the rows. The rows of the matrix correspond to "entity code", "BVD Id", "entity name" and "country"
