Yes, it is a known issue. The engineers are fixing now. If there is any new message, I will post here.
Title Slicer header toggle does not work as expected Bug ID 371856 Current ICM/CRI ICM#: 190466264, 190437466Issue Impact All the customers who have Slicers with Orientation set to Horizontal, Responsive set to true, and Headers set to off may see Headers still appear.Workaround As a workaround users can turn off the responsive set (Impacts tiling / grid layout)

Community ChampionI followed the work around suggestion of disabling the Responsive property for each of the slicers this was happening to by editing the reports in the Power BI service after publishing them. If it's a bug that will eventually be fixed I didn't want to change the original report...
