Try to reinstall the Power BI desktop.

Thanks for your reply. I tried reinstalling the power bi desktop. Still the issue persist.
Also i see this issue only for the dataset which is generated by deployment pipeline. I doubt if this is because of that. Because when i conenct to the same source directly instead of power bi dataset i see no issue.
