Refresh takes so long - Get data > Folder

Hello everyone, 

I imported a giant base in "get data > folder". There are 10 pieces that I treated in power query editor. That way, the volume of information is so much lower inside BI. 

But, everytime I want refresh the visual, the Power BI look for the 10 parts in the folder and not what I filtered in the editor. 

I can't see neither the querie in editor or refresh the table in visual. 

Is there a way to not look for the parts in the folder and make the editor read the base without crashing?
