Python REST API call to export PBI with filters

Any Python PBI gurus to answer this for me:
the use case is export pbi report using RLS or a filter on the data for a report ?

    Note:

    While the RLS will be applied to read-only members. If you have configured the app workspace so that members have edit permissions, the RLS roles will not be applied to them. Users will be able to see all of the data.

    Not on topic, VERY SPECIFIC . I need the REST call example . not asking for the power query stuff. Thanks but off topic here.

    Thank you Stephen but again this is exporting to csv without "RLS"
