Personal layout "map" (not geomap)

Hi, how can I create a layout diagram with different "zones polygons" (like geo map) but it will be a local factory layout map (not geo localization).

Very simple example, imagine a square that is divided in 4 quadrant (my map) and according to the information of the cube, the quadrants must be filled with different colors.
How can I create this "map"?
Is it with topJson or another tool?
