Helper IOverlapping/Forecasting Column Chart with two categories
Yep, done, note that I put 3 different measures randomly, so you'll need to create a separate measure for the forecast.

Unfortunately, we don't have the option to select which category to overlap....
As alternatives you can maybe use an error bar to show the forecast like:
