Last 3 weeks = CALCULATE(sum('order'[Qty]), FILTER(ALL('Date'),'Date'[Week Rank]>=max('Date'[Week Rank])-3 && 'Date'[Week Rank]<=max('Date'[Week Rank])))/3
Yes I modified the formula in my Case as below
Next 3 weeks = CALCULATE(sum('order'[Qty]), FILTER(ALL('Date'),'Date'[Week Rank]<=max('Date'[Week Rank])+3 && 'Date'[Week Rank]>=max('Date'[Week Rank])))/3
It is working
