July Update - Tooltip doesn't work
Hi,
After installing July version, Tooltip for table work on Desktop version but cannot work on online service even the option "Report page tooltips" is checked.

Based on my test, it could work on my side like the picture below(both the tooltip and reporttooltip):
You could also refer to these limitations: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/desktop-tooltips#limitations-and-considerations
If the tooltip work fine in desktop, I suggest you to republish the pbix to the service. If issue persists, would you please share your pbix file if possible?
