import errors from Excel

Hello community,   I have a CSV file that is generated from Intuit's Mint app which I bring into Power BI.  There are about 10,000 rows. For some reason there are 4 records that cause the refresh ...

    Hi JimB-GA,

    You could try to clean up your browser cache and re-sign in the community to test if the answer could be marked.

I have attempted to do so but the page returns the following error. Authentication failed for the action you are trying to do. This failure could be due to your browser not supporting JavaScript, JavaScript not being enabled, or trying to use the action URL directly in the browser address bar instead of clicking the link on the page.
