Hi JimB-GA,
You could try to clean up your browser cache and re-sign in the community to test if the answer could be marked.

From your description, I could not see any error table, could you have posted it? And could you please offer your CSV file to have a test if possible?

After looking at my transactions.csv file I note that the 4 errors coincide with a Notes field. I removed the notes and the records import successfully.

- JimB-GA7 years agoHelper IIII have attempted to do so but the page returns the following error. Authentication failed for the action you are trying to do. This failure could be due to your browser not supporting JavaScript, JavaScript not being enabled, or trying to use the action URL directly in the browser address bar instead of clicking the link on the page.
