Help needed with visual

Hi Everyone.

 

I have a requirement to produce the visuals as per the attached snapshot in PowerBI. Although Bullet chart visual provides a similar optio, but the white line and white Bar color changes with 1 option. This means in case i put the Median Bars as blue, then whole line becomes Blue and no circular option available

 

Any help or recommendation to use any other visual close to the "required visual" snapshot.
