GIT Integration with Power BI developer mode

Hi everyone, Happy winter 🙂

My goal is to integrate all my 20+ reports with GIT but currently they are published using PBI desktop & I want to integrate all those reports with GIT repository which means my premium workspace will be connected through GIT.

To follow this approach, I have a 2- problem statement that is,

1. All my reports are saved inside a single local folder. But when it comes to intialize the repository (on VS code) it will consider only .pbip file to specifically track/stage the report changes / artifacts. So manually converting so many pbix into pbip is not efficient . So is there any workaround to convert all the reports at once?

2. How to bulk load all these files in VS and intialize a repo in a one go. Do we have to create a folder and create a single branch and then Pull Request all at once?

Any video reference / workaround blog would be helpful.
