Filtering particular objects
Hi,
Is it possible to use two filters in the same page? I want this in order to compare. I leave an example where I would want to use separate filter by region to each half of the page in order to compare both sides.
The problem is that when I insert a filter, it applies to all the page and I only want some specifi objects (in this case only one half).
Yes.
- Select one of the filters.
- The format ribbon will show up. Select it.
- Far left is a button that says EDIT INTERACTIONS. click it.
- Now, for every visual you do not what that slicer to interact with, select the crossed out circle.
That will disable it, but the key is, you select the slicer, then the circle on the other visuals. Don't select the visuals and then try and tell it to not be affected by the slicer. That is backwards from how it works.
