Anonymous see attached and hope that is what you are looking for, you can further enhance/change it as per your need.
Look at Department and Name tables in attached, ignore other stuff.

Hi Pat,
It is indeed something fancier. I need to be able to choose multiple values (people's names) and then return the names of the people grouped by deparment, color, locker, etc.
For instance, if I choose Sophia and Charlotte.
| Name | Deparment | Assigned Building | Assigned Shift | Locker Area | Assigned Color |
| Sophia | HR | Blomex | A | B1 | Blue |
| Charlotte | HR | Carben | B | B1 | Pink |
I would need to return the names of the people who have the following assigned to
1. Deparment "HR": all of the names of the people who work at HR
2. People whose assigned building is "Blomex" & "Carben"
3. And so on for the rest of the fields.
I don't know if this makes it clear.
