Filter for empty and multiple values

Dear colleagues,

 

I would appreciate your help for this question. I have a column with different values and I'd like to do a filter for empty value and for a values that contains the "CC" text.

 

Involved Bus. Units inline
 
NIB,CC
NIB,CC,CRD,SCM
NIB,CC,SCM
 
NIB,CC,CRD,SCM
NIB,CC,INST,SCM
 
 
NIB,CC,INST,MAINT,GMS,SCM
NIB,CC,INST

I've tested differents options but I don't find any good solution.

    Where do you want to do this? Measure, Calculated Column or Calculated Table?

      In a calculated table. 

      I’ve added a advanced filter that allows to search for empty values and values contains “CC” but I'd like to use some tool more attractive for the users.
