iruobe19 , as I mentioned in the first post, I observed now they are not working without setting it up at the tenant level in power bi service

Thanks for the reply Amitchandak,

The tenant level is set up in the power BI service by administrators which usually applies to companies/organisations. 

What I have is a power BI desktop for personal use and I can't implement this solution.

    iruobe19 , The previous risk was to make sure you are not signed in desktop and just set it in the security settings, but if that's not working, means sign in forced now and that means tenant settings are needed
