    Hi ZachUnger 

    In Power Query Editor, please create a custom column and use below code

    Text.Combine(List.Select(Text.Split([#"PE (comments)"], " "), each Text.StartsWith(_, "CRC") or Text.StartsWith(_, "PE")), ", ")
