Advocate IIERROR::Required propert "CONNECTIONS" not found in JSON path
Facing an error while clicking on any PBIX file on my desktop that says : Required propert "CONNECTIONS" not found in JSON path.Line 1 position 136.
Please advise.

Which version is your Power BI Desktop?
Please update to the lastest version from Official site or MS App store.

Besides, you can launch Power BI Desktop as administrator as this article suggested,
