Error on refresh data

hello Mazars_CT , you can check the following points that may cause the refresh error:

1.Check if the credentials have expired

2.if your data source needs the gateway ,check that whether the gateway is offline.

3.Make sure the datasource has been added to the gateway and the authentication is right.
