Possible Reasons & Fixes:

Power BI Free Limitation

  • Some template apps require Power BI Pro or Premium.
  • Check if the Census Data Map app requires a Pro license. If so, you might need an upgrade.

Permission Issues

  • If your Power BI tenant settings restrict app installations, your IT admin may need to enable it.
  • Try accessing Admin Portal > Tenant settings (if you have admin rights) or ask your IT team.
