Error: Access to Path temp.user.zip

I recently started getting the error below. I get the error when I expand columns in query editor and try to close and apply. Previously, I could expand columns on this same data set so I also get the error when refreshing my data because some columns were previously expanded. I can do anything else with the report except expanding columns and this is stopping me from presenting the data the way I need to. 

I can locate user.zip but I can't locate temp.user.zip. I already checked that my account has full access (it does), and tried to make the folders not read only but they always revert back. Any suggestions?
