Equalizing a Visual Bar Chart

Hi All

I was wondering how to achive a visual

Imagine below (Fig 1)  are 3x Companies - Im counting Applications that need an assement.

How can I display these more equally so the 1st Company on that has 4x Apps ; has more height for his bar?
