Please disable the Encrypt Connections. You can click OK button in error prompt dialog, you'll be directly prompted to turn off encryption. Or you can go to File->Options and Settings -> Data Source Settings, choose current data source and select Edit and uncheck "Encrypt Connections" option.

Thks a lot for your answer.
I've try your solution, ant dont have the message any more but don't connect to my bases....
when the encrypt connection is uncheck, PBI cannot authenticate with credentials provide.
when I try the login and password on phpmyadmin it works. So mysterious for me ! :-(

What error message did you get when you attempted to connect to MySQL DB after unchecking encrypt connection?
How did you connect to MySQL DB? Please provide more description about your operations.

I need to select data from a table which exists on multiple databases. I have created a function with two parameters: server name and database name, I put all needed data (server name, database name) in an excel file.
I had the same message box but I can't uncheck "Encrypt Connections" because my datasources are dynamic.
How can I disable the encryption of data in that way?
