Most Valuable ProfessionalYou can bold the fonts, its just a bit finnicky. You can't bold specific parts of an inserted string, but you can bold an inserted string. E.g. that's what's going on here:
You just select the text and use the normal editor - I have better luck using the keyoard arrows and holding the shift key to select sometimes vs the mouse.
The only other way I know of to embed editable text is with the Power App visual and it's a pita.
