Drilldown Choropleth State/County Errors
I have been trying to create a drill down map with states into counties with the count of Registrations as the value and Type of Make in the legand. The State level looks good and when go to the next level in the Hierachey (County) thoses also look great and are accurate.
The issue I am having is when I try to drill down from State to County the map zooms in to the state and filters legand but shows a blank map, not even an outline of the state.
Level 1's Data is shown as: [State, Make],[Count of Regs]
Level 2's Data is shown as:[County, Make],[Count of Regs]
When I try to drill down from state to county the data is shown as:[Filtered State, County, Make],[Count of Regs]
I think the bolded above is where the issue lies. Does anyone have any suggestions or correction that could help me figure this out. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The issue was corrected by using State Fips codes instead of the state name

Hi Anonymous ,
Drill requires a visualization with a hierarchy, for more details, see the article https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/consumer/end-user-drill. So please check if a hierarchy exists in the above fields.
In addition, you need to click these icons to implement drill down and drill up instead of clicking the data point.
Best Regards,
Amy

v-xicai, I have already done these steps and still am having an error. I am using a Drilldown Choropleth map that was input from the marketplace.Clicking the "Go to the next level in the hierarchy" button it works fine and represents the data I want. The issue I am having is when I click the "Drill Mode" button. ( See below for "Show data"). Maybe I am understanding the hierarchy wrong?

I have now added an offical hierachy(State and FIPS#), but still having the same issue. I think my issues might lie in the dealer(in the legand). When I click on a State(Texas for the example above). Only the Peak Trailer Groups data shows, which is the leading dealer(but not the only) in that state so that is the color that comes up at the state level.
