Drilldown Choropleth Gone???
Been using the Microsoft published Drilldown choropleth visual for a few months now with no issue. As of this morning 7/26 all of the dashboards that utilize this are gone. Trying to find the Drilldown choropleth visual from the "get more visuals" section, its not displaying anymore. Was this taken down or is there an issues Microsift is working on resolving?
SICcoding89 I'm thinking that the ultimate explanation of this comes down to this bug: WebView2 Update broke Appsource visuals rendering - Microsoft Fabric Community. That coupled with what seems like a relatively recent removal of the Drilldown Choropleth from AppSource. It was there November 2023 according to the Wayback Machine and still being referenced up until April 2024.

SICcoding89 Well, it's definitely gone: Microsoft AppSource
Better grab it quick from here: powerbi-visuals-drilldown-choropleth/README.md at master · microsoft/powerbi-visuals-drilldown-choropleth · GitHub
I'm sure the official answer is to use Azure Map visual instead. Create and use filled maps (choropleth maps) in Power BI - Power BI | Microsoft Learn
