It is impossible to drill down from the sales by state to the vehicles registered by state. Drill requires a visualization with a hierarchy, for more details, please check the following article. However, based on your description, no hierarchy exists in the above fields.

Anonymous Thank you for the answer. I was just wondering if there was a feature to drill between the "values" field in your screenshot instead of the "axis" field, because I was basically wondering if I could publish a map where I could drill down to see the difference between two different maps. I figured it was unlikely this was a feature yet, but it would be an interesting one for microsoft to add down the road.
