Dealing with Blank Values
Hi everyone,
I´m currently working on a NPS Report on Power Bi and i´m having trouble with counting blank values. Here´s my problem; i have 2 tables, one for the surveys sent and another one for the answers. I combined these 2 tables to make thigns easier, although it could've been a mistake. Clearly there´s less answers than surveys so i have a lot of blank values in the field "Answers", the problem rises when i try to count all the unanswered surveys. Here´s my matrix visualization:
I already have a column with the answers and NPS score, wich are correct. But when i try to add the total surveys it only displays the total by office (2 year old data) and it doesnt get affected by the date slicer like the other columns. Trying to count the blank values hasnt worked either. Any suggestions?

COUNTROWS(FILTER('Table',ISBLANK([Answers]) || [Answers = ""))

andresgl06 - If you are trying to count blank values, sometimes you have to check multiple things like
ISBLANK([column]) || [column]=""
Sorry, not super clear on what your issue is, you still want to count the blanks, correct?
I think i failed at explaining my issue. Here´s the field "Answers" with all the possibles values it could have (from 0 to 10). When i count the answers i count the different ID's for the surveys that have a value on this field and that works well, but the blank values wich are the surveys that were not answered i can´t seem to count them. I´ve tried different things and so far my results are; getting a total surveys that doesn´t change with my date slicer, or get nothing as result (the measure doesnt show anything).
