First, you should know that:
1. Calculation column/table not support dynamic changed based on filter or slicer.
2. Measure can be affected by filter/slicer, so you can use it to get dynamic summary result in a visual.https://www.sqlbi.com/articles/calculated-columns-and-measures-in-dax/
Second, you could use a measure with DATEDIFF too, that will give you same result in a visual too.

Super UserNimai123 , Agree to what AllisonKennedy is said, You can not create a column using slicer value. The best is to create a measure that will give you similar results. If you can share what you are trying, we can help
