Date Picker for modify parameters

Hello, 

In my file I'm using two parameters with date and time which are used in my SQL query.

To change those parameters i'm using completly not user friendly method: Home > Edit queries > Edit parameters.

It's possible to select date for parameters like that by using some date (or in fact im my case date and time) picker?

I've found historical topic from forum:

but there is no answer how to do it.
