Data Explorer glitched on scroll

Good afternoon, everyone! I've been experiencing some issues with the Data pane in Power BI Desktop. Whenever I scroll up or down, the panel glitches, causing the list of tables and fields to freeze...

Hi,

I’ve seen this kind of rendering glitch before. The Data pane is drawn with WebView2, so I’d try these first:

  1. Update Microsoft Edge WebView2 Runtime separately from Desktop.
  2. Turn off Windows “Hardware-accelerated GPU scheduling” (Settings > System > Display > Graphics) and restart.
  3. Change display scaling (try 100%), or test on a different monitor.

If it still glitches, roll back to the July 2026 build to check whether it’s a regression in the newer one.
