Create tooltip based measure

Hi Community,

 

I need to replicate something like below  image with the dynamic tooltip that says "You are at 30%".

 

 

Currently I have the below visual to work with 

 

 

 

Measures I used to put in the visual are

 

ScorePerCandidate = CALCULATE(SUM(postandpre[CandidateQbScore]),ALLEXCEPT(postandpre,postandpre[TestInvitationID])) --- which has value of 6
TotalPerCandidate = CALCULATE(SUM(postandpre[QbScore]),ALLEXCEPT(postandpre,postandpre[TestInvitationID])) -- which has value of 20

    It's possible to create a similar "progress path" with a waypoint using a standard bar chart combined with error bars. This approach allows for dynamic visualization without relying on a thermometer-style graph.

     

     

    If your color themes are fixed, you can also achieve this effect by incorporating image objects, as shown in the second example :
