Solved

conditional formatting column header

Is there a way to change the background color of a column header of a table based on the value of another field.  For example based on the Yes/No id like for the color of the header to change to respective color below.

    Hi jcastr02

    Unfortunately that the power bi doesn't support to change the background of the matrix or table's header.

    Maybe you can try this:

    I create a set of sample:

    Then create a new table:

    Table 2 =
        ADDCOLUMNS(
            VALUES('Table (3)'[Column1]),
            "Y?N",SWITCH(
                'Table (3)'[Column1],
                "AA",UNICHAR(9989)&"AA",
                "BB",UNICHAR(10060)&"BB",
                "CC",UNICHAR(10060)&"CC",
                "DD",UNICHAR(9989)&"DD"
            )
        )

    The result is as follow:

    Link of unichar function:

    UNICHAR function (DAX) - DAX | Microsoft Learn

    The unicode of emoji:

    Emoji unicode characters for use on the web (timwhitlock.info)

    You need to transform the hex to dec:
